The stay was wonderful; no complaint. The hotel was perfectly clean, facilities were good, good and absolutely perfect location close to a nice area of Milan, close to metro station, take a subway and 2 metro stations. Liked the location in a quiet neighborhood. The place was very close to Amalfitana, where you can have dinner: )

Very friendly and genuinely helpful people are working. The breakfast is savoury, and the location is peaceful just off Metro Loreto, Close to main station and Duomo.

My room stank of cigarettes. The bathrooms were unclean and very small. I think the bedroom i had the pleasure of staying in used to be a bathroom as there was a bday strangely positioned in the corner.

Hotel stuff was really good and attentive. They made sure we were really comfortable.
The fact that we shared the bathroom with other tenants.

The breakfast was delicious, especially with the addition of veggies. the staff went out of their way to help out, which was great! I had a double room that came with a safe, central heating, and an iron for convenience. 🔒

Upon entering the reception, a strong smell of cabbage pervaded the air. My room was grimy, dirty and unacceptable - wallpaper peeling from the walls, dangerous looking overloaded plugs taped together for the television and dust covering everything. The shower room on the 2nd floor was equally filthy with a rotting window which did not shut, a shower head which trickled out water and mould and dirt encrusted on the walls and fittings. I could not bring myself to eat breakfast here so checked out early the next day. An awful hotel without any redeeming features.

Hotel Montecarlo was the worst place ever. Will never stay there again. Stay away. Dirty, bathroom was public and shared with the whole floor, bidet and sink were in the room right next to the bed. Poor flourescent lighting and the ac barely worked. The whole building smelled of smoke. When we tried to check in, 3 police officers were checking on a room.totally not worth the 85 euros we paid when we stayed at hotel the saturday the previous week for 70 euros and had a clean bed, separate bathroom at Baviera Mokinba Hotels. We had tried to get rooms at Baviera Mokinba Hotels one week after since this was the last part of our trip and we only had to stay one night to catch our flight the following morning. But unfortunately they had no room.

Friendly reception. Good coffee. Relatively well-situated. Not central but near enough as the crow flies. Only hotel available at short notice in Milan due to a trade fair. Affordable, when also with an increased price, and includes a modest breakfast.
An old hotel in great need of renovation. Smoke smell in public areas of hotel although signs indicate that smoking is not permitted. Noisy and outmoded plumbing. Comfortable bed but tired furniture and decor. Could not open windows. Increased price (excessive at eur85) due to trade fair.
